Cardiovascular Disease (Heart Disease)
If you have been diagnosed with or are at risk for developing cardiovascular disease, you may qualify to participate in clinical trials evaluating the effects of investigational medications.
You May Qualify If you are:
- Are 18 years or older
- Have a history of heart or blood vessel disease, such as:
- Prior heart attack
- Stroke
- Blocked or narrowed arteries
- Prior stent or bypass surgery
- Are considered at risk for heart disease, including:
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Diabetes
- Smoking history
- Kidney disease
Qualified Participants May:
- Have access to investigational medications and/or treatments
- Receive care from medical staff and study doctors
- Receive compensation for study-related time and travel
