Type 2 Diabetes/Weight Loss (AMG 133)

The objective of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and PK/PD of SC administered AMG 133 in subjects with Type II Diabetes Mellitus to control blood sugar levels and promote weight loss.
To participate you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a BMI of ≥ 23 kg/m2 and ≤ 50 kg/m2
- Be diagnosed with Type II Diabetes
- Be on treatment of diabetes with exercise alone or with a stable dose of Metformin
